Lane Village Honey – 12 & 16 oz. Honey delivery – Now in stock! Storing honey in the fridge can accelerate crystallization but this does not affect its quality. A constant temp is most important and “in the fridge” is the most stable place to store it during these colder temps. Also have more jars stored in the house at around 70 degrees if you prefer those!

The chicklets born over the summer feature at least one rooster that is trying to crow but as yet is indistinguishable from the rest. They are working on cleaning up the gardens, stealing grain from the Guinea Hogs and digging dust bath holes in the yard. Out in the chicklet nursery the future 2017 layers are venturing outside and trying out their little wings. Eggs available through fall, winter, spring & summer 2016 price —$4.50 per dozen.
