We offer smoked, with no nitrate or nitrite added bacon and boneless hams for your eating pleasure! NEW Roasting Quarters This fall we experimented using our new Roasting Quarter option with some backyard apple wood smoking. Our quarters are small enough to fit in the oven, the freezer and many smaller BBQ/smokers. An alternative to a whole hog the Roasting Quarters range from 8-12 lbs.; the results were exceptionally delicious! And there are whole roasting meat chickens and stew/stock/bone broth chickens too!
