Our associate, the Master Roaster/Smoker, has over 20 years of experience supplying delicious, slow cooked pork to appreciative hosts and their guests. The mobile roaster/smoker is fitted on a convenient small trailer and custom made for this job. Pig Roasts must be scheduled in advance to ensure the availability of your date and to accommodate processing at the very busy USDA facility.
