We are now scheduling Pig Roasts for the summer and into early fall. Our true Heritage Breed American Guinea Hogs capture the full flavor from the past. Traditionally slow roasted and smoked providing a succulent delight to share with your guests. Plan a pig roast for your next party, get-together, festivity, celebration, business event, merrymaking gala, special occasion, family reunion, entertainment happening, or just an awesome backyard barbecue! Our associate, the Master Roaster/Smoker, has over 20 years of experience supplying delicious, slow cooked pork to appreciative hosts and their guests. The mobile roaster/smoker is fitted on a convenient small trailer and custom made for this job. Pig Roasts must be scheduled in advance to ensure the availability of your date and to accommodate processing at the very busy USDA facility.
